Borkamo is working as a pediatrician in Health trust Førde. She has an ongoing research project using PROMS on how clinicians and parents of young children with type 1 diabetes experience the health services the child recieves, og investigates if the assesment tool, Type 1 Diabetes And Life (T1DAL), is a valid and useful tool that may improve the services given.
